At Annie May's Sweet Cafe we understand the difficulties of living with food allergies. But, we believe all people are created equal and therefore deserve all the delicious treats life has to offer! All of our bakery items are gluten, nut, and soy free! And almost all of our recipes can be customized to accommodate your allergies!

Key Lime Pie

Ingredients: sugar, milk, egg yolks, key lime juice

New York-Style Cheesecake (we also make seasonal and fruit flavors – please ask when ordering)

Ingredients: cream cheese, eggs, sugar, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, vanilla

Pie Crust

Ingredients:  brown rice flour, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, palm fruit oil, sugar, salt, xanthan gum, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar, cellulose gum, modified cellulose)

Pumpkin Pie Filling  

Ingredients:  pumpkin, rice milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt

Allergens:  eggs


Allergen-Free Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients:  pumpkin, rice milk, sugar, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar, cellulose gum, modified cellulose), vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, ginger
